GL-3000 cannot find on LAN

Trying to set up the GL-3000, I can find on the wifi but it won't accept the default password goodlife or the key on the label. I plugged in to my local LAN via cable and all the lights are on (ethernet, etc.), but cannot find the unit via either edge or chrome browser. I tried sending a ping using cmd to 192.168.8.1 and received nothing.

Tried a reset but didn’t help. Do you have any suggestions?

Is the router model X3000?

What does your PC's network card information show when it connected to the LAN via cable?

Confirm that the reset was successful, and the network cable is connected to the router's LAN port.
